Hollywood seems to be afraid to go up against “Ralph Breaks the Internet” and “Creed II” after their stellar showings at last weekend’s box office, so this weekend we have a low-rent horror movie and a couple of obscure art films.

“The Possession of Hannah Grace” (R). After an exorcism goes sideways and a young woman dies, a body in a morgue exhibits demonic possession as an employee (Shay Mitchell) working the graveyard shift begins having horrifying hallucinations. With Stana Katic (TV’s “Castle”).

“Life and Nothing More” (Not Rated). A black single mother, who works in a diner and is trying to raise two children on her own in northern Florida, worries that her teenage son will end up in prison like his father, especially after he has another brush with the law. (Exclusively at the Broadway Centre Cinemas.)

“Border” (R, in Swedish with English subtitles). A Swedish border agent has the unusual ability to smell shame and guilt, but when she falls in love with a strange man who has come through customs, she discovers a strange secret about herself in this dark fantasy. (Exclusively at the Broadway Centre Cinemas.)
